Hand crafted using historically accurate plans of the Canterbury Shaker community dating back to 1798, our lidded boxes elegantly organize, store, and protect your most cherished belongings.  Originally used by the Shakers for storing dry goods, sewing notions, and small shop parts, our lidded boxes have countless modern uses in any room of your house.  

The size #5 lidded box measures 10 inches wide by 7 inches deep by 3 ¾ inches high is frequently chosen by those collecting watches, scrapbook clippings, or trading cards ranging from Pokémon, Yu-Gi-Oh, or baseball cards by Topps.

Made from a selection of locally sourced North American hardwood only available from KHK Woodworks and secured with solid copper tacks, their natural beauty will complement any décor.  Multiple coats of a unique, custom, hand-rubbed finish gives each box a luster pleasing the eye and a softness that begs to be touched.

Boxes can be optionally lined with a luxurious ultra-suede material or laser engraved for an additional charge. A digital proof will be emailed for approval prior to production and typically ship within one week following receipt of approval.
